The title refers to shifting perspectives. You, the viewer, are the first person. The image onscreen—the one being addressed, judged, admired, ignored—is the second. And the little walking figure that follows your cursor is the third. One step removed, always observing. Together, they form a feedback loop of self-perception: watching, being watched, performing.
